Description

The used MAFAC ELBA is a compact two-bath cleaning system for aqueous component cleaning in metalworking. Baskets with a batch weight of up to around 100 kg are reliably cleaned of oil, emulsions, and chips in continuous operation – ideal for turned and milled parts as well as precision housings. The robust technology is designed for 24/7 operation and can be integrated into existing production lines in a space-saving manner. This ensures reproducible cleanliness before hardening, coating, or assembly, while keeping operating costs low.
