Description
The used INDEX C200 automatic production lathe is a highly dynamic solution for complex bar turned parts with diameters up to 65 mm. Two identical motor spindles, up to three 14-station turrets with driven tools, and Y-axes on the main and counter spindles enable simultaneous machining with up to 42 tools in engagement, resulting in very short cycle times. The SingleSlide guide system, rapid traverse speeds of up to 60 m/min, and modern Siemens or Fanuc CNC ensure high process stability and reproducible quality in series production.
