Description

The used INDEX R200 turning and milling center offers full 5-axis machining on both the front and rear sides, covering an extremely wide range of parts. Two powerful motorized milling spindles with speeds up to 18,000 rpm, 12 fixed turning tools, and a tool magazine with 80 to 120 HSK T40 slots enable high machining volumes with stable processes. The rigid machine kinematics, rapid traverse speeds of up to 45 m/min, and iXpanel based on the Siemens S840D sl support short setup and cycle times—ideal for demanding series production in mechanical engineering and automotive manufacturing.
