The used GILDEMEISTER N.E.F. Plus 500 CNC turning center is a proven solution for the precise machining of shafts and chuck parts with a swing diameter of up to 500 mm over the bed. With a Z-axis stroke of up to 1,000 mm, a spindle bore of 70 mm, speeds of up to 2,800 rpm, and 11 kW of drive power, the machine can handle demanding turning work on steel, aluminum, and cast iron. The Heidenhain Manual Plus control ensures intuitive operation and high repeat accuracy in series production.
