Description

The used AGIECUT Excellence 2F eCut wire EDM machine is ideal for the precise manufacture of punching, cutting, and forming tools from hard tool steel. It offers travel distances of approximately 350 × 250 × 256 mm (X/Y/Z) and U/V axes with ±70 mm for conical cuts up to around 30° at a workpiece height of 100 mm. This allows complex contours and fits to be produced with very high dimensional and shape accuracy. The AGIEVISION CNC control system, automatic wire threading, and 5-axis kinematics ensure stable processes, high surface quality, and economical series production in tool and mold making.
