DEFINITION OF A REVEST® -GENERAL OVERHAUL:

Complete disassembly of the machine, including all assemblies
Cleaning, sandblasting and repainting
Rework machine columns and unit supports, incl. all common „upgrades“
Restoration of the original accuracies including geometric documentation
Replacing the entire hydraulic installation
General overhaul of rotary indexing table, including pliers plate
General overhaul of all machining units and Hydromat valves
Replacing the entire electrical installation
New electrical cabinet, with latest SIEMENS SPS control and latest software or Bosch Rexroth in case of CNC execution
New control panel with SIEMENS terminal or with CNC version Pfiffner HMI
All overhauls comply with CE directives
